Evren Ay
Mr. Ay who has studied Management at the Université de Paris - Sorbonne has begun his professional career in 1996 at the Eurasia Group, an international research and consulting firm headquartered in New York.
During 1999 - 2003, he has served as the Executive Director of the Federation of Turkish American Associations and has assumed the management of the Turkish Link in 2003. Evren Ay is a contract simultaneous interpreter for the US Department of State and has been serving as an interpreter for many high level meetings since 1999. He is especially experienced on business and legal terminology and also speaks French. |

Hasan Alkan
Mr. Alkan has graduated from
Istanbul University Translation and
Interpretation Department in English in
2005. His translation and interpretation
career started as a freelancer during
his studies. He has worked for many
Turkey based translation companies and
performed translations on legal,
technical and advertising related
projects. After his graduation, he has
continued working for translation
agencies on a freelance basis. He joined
the in-house staff of Turkish Link in
2006 after moving to New York and
currently acts as a project manager. |

M. Deniz Oz
Mr. Oz graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, and Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics. Since 1987 he has held managerial positions at governmental and private institutions in tourism, food, steel, banking and finance sectors in Turkey and USA.
He started working as a linguist in 2002, and has been collaborating with Turkish Link as an interpreter and translator since 2003. He is experienced in financial, medical, commercial and legal translations, and also speaks German and Italian. |

Oz Oktem
Ms. Oz Oktem has graduated from Bogazici University Department of English Language and Literature in 1998 and received her M.A. Degree on English Language Instruction from Canakkale University in 2003. During her studies, she worked as a freelance translator and interpreter for the Wall Street Journal Turkish Edition and in various translation offices in Istanbul. Later on, she worked at Milliyet Newspaper Foreign Desk as a reporter and translator. In 2001 she started an academic career at the Canakkale University and at the same time worked as an English Literature lecturer at the same university until 2005. Ms. Oktem has joined the Turkish Link in August 2006. |

Yigit Or
After graduating
from Istanbul Technical
University
as a geophysical engineer, Mr.
Or started working as a graphic
designer as
he liked it much better. He
has
accumulated over 17 years of
experience
for
graphic design in various sectors including:
beauty products, media, textiles
and apparel,
art, lighting, publishing,
packaging, sport and fitness,
wallpaper, rugs
and web design.
He
joined the Turkish
Link team in 2007 as a
graphic designer.
